CM Consulting is a specialised consultancy service established by Craig McQuoid and focused on generating successful property development outcomes for commercial and industrial businesses, developers and tenants.

CM Consulting offers both professional design-build-lease services and project management services for businesses in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. We work alongside businesses to navigate whether building ownership or tenancy model is best suited to their business. We also work alongside property developers to assess development feasibility, and facilitate tenancy relationships.
CM Consulting is a full-service facilitator for all of the professional services required, including feasibility studies, risk mitigation, engineering and architecture. For those who instead wish to lease their finished building out, we offer the additional service of project management for professional services to take you right through to gaining building consent.

NORTHPOWER
LOCATION: Tauriko, Tauranga
On a 7,851 m2 site situated at Te Okuroa Drive Tauriko Tauranga. CM Consulting was engaged by the project and land developer to project manage the design and subsequent tender of the project that included a 1,500m2 warehouse with canopy, 580m2 office, 4000 m2 sealed yard, 800 m2 staff and visitors carpark and 270m2 staff outdoor area. For this project CM Consulting was involved with all design parameters, Construction tender, while achieving Northpower’s requirements. See here for further photos and information.
TUI PRODUCTS
LOCATION: Papamoa, Tauranga
SIZE: 9000m2
A purpose-built manufacturing facility with attached two level offices. The building features a large ‘media mix’ area for mixing of fertiliser constructed of tilt slabs and Laminated Veneer Lumber to negate the high acidity.
